With the graphical scheduling at the heart of the software and numerous evaluations, you always have an overview of available units, upcoming inspections, MOT(TÜV) appointments or running times of the pool and long-term vehicles. Integrated damage management, reporting, cost accounting or invoicing and online booking round off the standard functionalities.
A connection to an electronic key management system is available for the automatic “release” of vehicles. In the area of corporate car sharing, we also offer the option of reserving vehicles via our own app - C-Share - and opening and closing them using a smartphone. This is also controlled via the C-Rent Fleet fleet software. Another app for smartphones or tablets - C-Cheq - enables the mobile and digital handover and return of vehicles.
